Marder announces the recent incorporation of Hat Box
Bears, Inc., a Florida-based retailer of customized
stuffed bears, dressed for any holiday or occasion,
and placed very decorative hat boxes. A percentage of
the proceeds from the bears directly benefit TAPS (Tragedy
Assistance Program for Survivors), a non-profit veteran
service organization that offers assistance to families
of fallen soldiers and individuals serving their country.
“I like to show my support for those families
faced by the tragedy of losing a loved one,” Nadine
says, “Soldiers who gave their lives defending
freedom for the American People. Our website is especially
dedicated to the memory of all soldiers who lost their
lives in combat, especially those who served with my
son.”
Hat Box Bears are available in Army, Navy, Air Force,
or Marine uniforms as well as Firefighters or Police
Officers (to honor those touched by 911), and are personalized
with dog tags. In addition, there are a variety of choices

to reflect a favorite occasion, sport, hobby or special
